Gala Triples

It's our Gala triples tournament this coming Saturday, 20th July. Volunteers are needed on Friday to help get the clubhouse, green and surrounds ready. If you are able to help please come along at 9.30 on Friday.

Sad news

Sadly two of our past members have died recently. Pam Burdge, whose funeral is on 18th July at Tunbridge Wells Crematorium at 2.30pm. John Ball, his funeral is on 29th July at Tunbridge Wells Crematorium and at Staplehurst cricket ground afterwards.

County Triples

We are hosting the County Triples Quarter and Semi finals on Saturday 27th July starting at 10 am. Please come along and have a look if your free. Please be mindful of the players and don't walk in the eye line of anyone about to bowl

Presentation dinner

The committee have been discussing this year's presentation of trophies. We have come up with two options and would like the membership to decide. We will ask you for your preference next month, but in the meantime please give it some thought.

Option 1 – we make it more of an occasion with a later lunch and presentation followed by dancing in the evening to Malcolm's band

Option 2 – we leave it as it is with a lunchtime meal and presentation, possibly at a different venue
