Club News 2020/2021

In 2021 Cranbrook Bowls Club are celebrating 100 years of bowling in Cranbrook Town.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday mornings, from 10:30am until 12:30pm  we are holding open mornings for members of the public who are looking for a new hobby/sport or, who are after returning to bowls after a break or even of thinking about changing clubs, plus on Thursday evenings from 5pm until 8pm which is club night, you would be most welcome to join us on these days,whether you are new to bowls or an experienced bowler, all we ask is that you wear flat soled shoes (No heels).

We are currently looking for new members of any standard to join our forward looking club. FREE COACHING is available by a qualified instructors. Social distancing as per Covid-19 regulations. There are numerous bowls for you to use, all of which have been sanitised after every use. 

We look forward to meeting you at the green, which is situated at the top of Jockey Lane Car Park, to the left behind the large hedge.

To enable us to carry on for another 100 years, we are seeking new members and to be politically correct, any sexual orientation, age, race, creed or colour to join our forward thinking club and join us in the celebrations.

New members can be novices, (as qualified coaches will be on hand to give you guidance on your journey into the world of bowls) and players up to a proficient standard.

Why not give bowls a try and drop in and see us any Thursday from 5pm where you will be made most welcome. We look forward to seeing you at the green, which is situated at the top of Jockey Lane Car Park, behind the doctors surgeries.(For those who remember it, the old Primary School).

Saturday 8th February at 5:30pm Cranbrook Bowls Club have been challenged to an indoor game by The Royals Indoor Bowls Club, Tunbridge Wells. We are looking forward to renewing old aquaintances, Cancelled due to Covid-!9 regulations.
